Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) √5

Explanation

Relative error is $|(p/q-pq)/(pq)|=|1/q^2-1|=0.8$. The intended underestimate gives 1/q²=0.2, hence **q=√5, D**. The overestimate branch gives q=√5/3, another positive solution absent from the options; D is the only supplied valid value.
