Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) P is not opposite Q.

Explanation

Fix R at seat 0 to remove rotational duplicates, with right counted clockwise. Then U occupies 2 and T occupies 5. Place S and W four seats apart among the free positions and require V next to S. Checking the remaining placements leaves P and Q never four seats apart. The other three claims vary between valid arrangements. Thus the necessary statement is C; reversing the clockwise convention reflects every arrangement without changing this result.
