Correct answer: (C) $f(x)=2-|x-1|$

Explanation

The inverted V has vertex (1,2), left slope +1 and right slope −1. Hence $f(x)=2-|x-1|$, C. This also gives the plotted intercepts f(0)=1 and f(3)=0.
