Correct answer: 8.2 to 8.3
Explanation
The timeline is P₁:0–3, P₂:3–7, P₃:7–8, P₂:8–10, P₄:10–13, P₁:13–20. Completion times are 20,10,8,13. Subtract arrivals to obtain turnarounds 20,7,1,5. Their mean is 33/4=8.25 ms, within the official 8.2–8.3 interval.
