Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) This country’s expenditure on educational reforms is very less.

Explanation

“Very less” is the intended grammatical error. Less is comparative; “much less” with a comparison or “very little” would be appropriate. The other options use less/lesser for subtraction or comparison. Thus D.
