Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: 375 to 375

Explanation

Each original floor is 500×0.50=250 m², so four floors total 1000 m² and original FAR is 2.0. Revised total permissible area is 2.75×500=1375 m². The additional FAR allowance is 1375−1000=375 m². This addresses floor area rather than a change to the footprint limit.
