A 2.672 ha PPP township permits FAR 2.25. Of total FAR area, 20% is MIG housing; each MIG unit including common/services area is 72 m². Find maximum MIG apartments, as an integer.

Explanation
Site area is 26720 m². Total permissible floor area is 26720×2.25=60120 m². MIG share is 12024 m². Dividing by 72 m²/unit gives exactly 167 apartments. The given gross unit area already includes common services, so no second loading factor is added.
