The contour diagram shows points A and B on a continuously ascending surface. The horizontal projection of AB is 200 m and its gradient is 1 in 25. Find the constant contour interval in metres, as an integer.

Explanation
Vertical difference along AB is 200/25=8 m. The marked endpoints span four contour intervals, so each interval is 8/4=2 m. Count the spaces between successive endpoint contour levels, not the total number of contour lines visible elsewhere.
