Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: (C) H$_2$S
Explanation
Glucose, C₆H₁₂O₆, contains only carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. In anaerobic decomposition it gives methane and carbon dioxide, with some water formed in intermediate reactions. Hydrogen sulphide needs sulphur (from sulphate or sulphur-bearing compounds), which glucose does not contain, so it is not a product.
