Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) Cross-sequential design

Explanation

Different age groups are studied at one time (cross-sectional), and the same cohorts are studied again three years later (longitudinal): the 10-year-olds of 2022 are the 13-year-olds of 2025, and so on. Combining the two is a cross-sequential design.
