Correct answer: 1.39 to 1.41

Explanation

The acetate ion $CH_3COO^-$ has a molar mass of 59 g/mol, so 10 g/L is $\frac{10}{59} = 0.1695$ mol/L. Oxidising one mole of acetate to $CO_2$ releases 8 electrons ($C_2H_3O_2^- + 2H_2O \rightarrow 2CO_2 + 7H^+ + 8e^-$), so it is 8 e-eq/mol. The concentration is $0.1695 \times 8 = 1.4$ e-eq/L.
