Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) Eating healthy can be started at any age, earlier the better

Explanation

The passage explicitly says it is “never too early” to begin healthy eating, and supports this with the benefit of starting in infancy.

Thus starting at any age is possible and earlier is better: **B**. A excludes people in poor health without support; C introduces an age comparison absent from the text; D contradicts the emphasis on babies.
