Traffic on a 2-lane road requires upgrading for severe flow. Maximum service flow is 1280 vehicles/h/lane at level C. Peak-hour factor is 0.78125, AADT is 12270 vehicles/day and directional split is 60:40. All vehicles are cars and all drivers regular commuters. Find extra lanes required, rounding up to the next integer.
