Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) We do not know of any species other than humans who possess the ability to construct mental worlds

Explanation

The passage says humans possess the ability and that, so far as we know, no other species does.

Thus **C**, we do not know of another species with this ability, follows precisely. The other statements deny the human example or incorrectly disconnect imagination, invention and innovation from it.
