Maximize $Z=5x_1+3x_2$ subject to $x_1+2x_2\le10$, $x_1-x_2\le8$, $x_1,x_2\ge0$. Initially both variables are nonbasic and Z = 0. The Z value in the next simplex tableau is ______.

Explanation
At the slack starting solution, x1 has the largest positive objective coefficient5 and enters. Ratio test gives10/1=10 and8/1=8, so the second slack leaves and x1 becomes8 with x2=0. The next tableau objective is Z=5·8+3·0=**40**. The question asks the next tableau, not the final optimum.
