Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) I will not leave the place until the minister meets me.

Explanation

Options A and B incorrectly add a second negative after until. The conjunction until introduces a future event using the simple present in this construction. The singular subject minister therefore takes **meets, D**. Will meet is unnecessary in this subordinate time clause; meeting requires an auxiliary and meet does not agree with the singular subject.
