Correct answer: (B) At least two HTTP requests; one TCP connection suffices

Explanation

Without caching, HTML and its separately referenced image require at least two HTTP requests. A persistent TCP connection can carry both request/response exchanges to the same server. Therefore **B**. Separate resources do not force separate TCP connections.
