Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) Fertilizer can be applied with the water.; (C) No excess cost of land preparation is involved.

Explanation

Sprinklers permit fertilizer injection and generally avoid the extensive leveling needed for surface irrigation, so B and the intended C are correct. Properly designed application does not require excessive erosion. Spray evaporation and wind drift mean losses are not inherently minimum. Select **B, C**; C refers to reduced special leveling requirements, not literally zero installation or preparation cost.
