P and Q have been allotted a hostel room with two beds, a study table, and an almirah. P is an avid bird-watcher and wants to sit at the table and watch birds outside the window. Q does not mind that as long as his bed is close to the ceiling fan.
Which one of the following arrangements suits them the most?

Explanation
P needs the table right under the window, and Q's bed must be next to the fan in the middle of the room. In arrangement (A) the table sits below the window and Bed Q is beside the fan, while Bed P is away from both. In (B) Bed Q is far from the fan, in (C) the table is not under the window, and in (D) Bed Q is in a corner away from the fan.
