Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) O₂

Explanation

**O₂,C** accepts electrons at the terminal oxidase and is reduced to water. NADH supplies reducing equivalents upstream, and cytochrome c is an intermediate electron carrier. Water is the reduced product, rather than the terminal acceptor.
