Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) 1

Explanation

At every integer n, $\sin(2\pi n)=0$, so the entire discrete sequence is zero. It therefore satisfies $x[n+N]=x[n]$ for any positive integer N, and its smallest positive integer period is 1. Select D. Multiplication by the step does not change a sequence already zero everywhere.
