Correct answer: (C) 7 and 1110

Explanation

IP payload includes the UDP header, totalling 8888 bytes. Each nonfinal fragment carries at most 1500−20=1480 bytes, divisible by eight. Six such payloads cover 8880 bytes, leaving eight for a seventh fragment. Its offset is 8880/8=1110 in eight-byte units. Thus C.
