Correct answer: (C) I, J, 10, and 8

Explanation

Each number printed below a letter is the letter position (A = 1, B = 2, ...) of its **partner** in the pair, so the numbers are swapped between the two letters of a pair.

In the first row: N = 14 and U = 21, with 21 and 14 below them. For the next pair, F = 6 sits above 9, so its partner (i) has the value 9, which is **I**, and below (i) is 6.

The pairs follow a rule: the two values are in the ratio $2:3$ ($14:21$ and $6:9$). Check the second row: H = 8 and L = 12 is $8:12=2:3$. Below H is 12 (the value of L) and below L, (iv), is the value of H, so $(iv)=8$.

For the last pair ((ii), O): O = 15, so (ii) $=\dfrac{2}{3}\times15=10$, which is **J**. The number below O, (iii), is the value of its partner (ii), so $(iii)=10$.

So (i) = I, (ii) = J, (iii) = 10, (iv) = 8, which is option C.
