Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: 21 to 21

Explanation

Organic waste each day is 450000×0.21×0.40=37800 kg=37.8 tonnes. Daily clearance needs ceil(37.8/15)=3 trips. Seven daily collections therefore need 3×7=21 trips. Rounding only the combined weekly tonnage down to a pooled schedule would violate the daily-clearance requirement.
