Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: MTA

Explanation

The final key awards MTA, so no numeric answer is enforced. Under the natural per-storey interpretation, existing floor area is 4×8×400=12800 m². Remaining entitlement is 12800×(25/75)=4266.6667 m². Divide by 3×7 storeys to get 203.17 m² per storey. The source wording “floor area of each tower” is ambiguous between footprint/per-storey and total area; retain official MTA grading.
