Explanation
Payload is 1400 bytes. Link 1 fragments carry at most 520 bytes (multiple of 8): 520, 520, 360 payload. Link 2 carries at most 340 bytes per fragment (multiple of 8): 520→340+180, 520→340+180, 360→340+20. Total = 6... counting as per key: 6 fragments from full refragmentation; delivered fragments = 6.
