Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) Brazing; (C) Adhesive bonding

Explanation

Arc welding and spot welding melt the base metal at the joint to form the weld. In brazing only the filler metal melts, while the two surfaces being joined stay solid. Adhesive bonding uses a glue and involves no melting. So B and C.
