In the context of the given figure, which one of the following options correctly represents the entries in the blocks labelled (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv), respectively?

Correct answer: (C) I, J, 10, and 8

Explanation

Each pair of neighbouring letters is written with their letter positions (A = 1, ..., Z = 26) swapped below them. N = 14 and U = 21, and below them stand 21 and 14. For F = 6 and (i), the numbers 9 and 6 mean that (i) has the value 9, which is I. For H = 8 and L = 12 the numbers below are 12 and 8, so (iv) = 8. For (ii) and O = 15, the number below (ii) is 15, so the number below O, (iii), is the value of (ii). Option C gives (ii) = J = 10 and (iii) = 10, which is consistent.
