Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (A) Grandchild and Paternal Grandfather; (B) Grandchild and Maternal Grandfather; (C) Grandchild and Paternal Grandmother; (D) Grandchild and Maternal Grandmother

Explanation

S is a parent of L and B's sibling, so D is S's parent and L's grandparent. The genders of S and D are not given. If S is the father, D is a paternal grandparent, and if S is the mother, D is a maternal grandparent. D can be a grandfather or a grandmother. So all four are possible.
