Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (A) The test is highly reliable and valid.

Explanation

A reliability coefficient of 0.90 is high. A validity coefficient of 0.60 is a good one, since validity coefficients are usually much lower than reliability coefficients (and can never exceed the square root of the reliability, here about 0.95). So the test is both reliable and valid.
