Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) Incomplete DNA replication; (D) Irreparable DNA damage

Explanation

The G2/M checkpoint stops the cell from entering mitosis while the DNA is not fully replicated or is damaged. Cell plate formation is a plant process and chiasmata form in meiosis.
