Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (A) A database of translated nucleotide sequences

Explanation

The accepted database is translated nucleotide sequences (A). tBLASTn compares a protein query against nucleotide sequences translated in all reading frames. A database of three-dimensional structures is not itself a BLAST sequence database; extracting its protein sequences would be an additional step.
