Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) More people are visiting the malls but not spending enough

Explanation

The passage supplies two observations: visitor numbers are high, but sales revenue is low. Together they support the inference that visitors are not spending enough to produce high revenue.

**B** expresses that inference. A and D contradict the visitor count; C contradicts low sales revenue.
