Correct answer: (B) 1

Explanation

Let the symbols be a,b,c,d respectively. Then a=2 b=3 c, so b=1.5 c. With b+c=5, obtain c=2,b=3,a=6.

Since cd=10, d=5. Therefore $(d-a)^2=(5-6)^2=\mathbf1$, **B**.
