Correct answer: MTA

Explanation

From $XYZ=192$ and $Z=4$, $XY=48$. If X and Y are positive, factors 6 and 8 give the minimum average 7. But the printed question only says integers: negative factors are allowed, for example $(-1,-48)$ gives $P=-24.5$. The final key awards **marks to all**, preserved here.
