Correct answer: (B) 200
Explanation
Let the common number of girls be $g$. The boys number $450-g$ and $360-g$. The ratio condition is $g/(450-g)=(360-g)/g$. Cross-multiplication gives $g^2=162000-810g+g^2$, so $g=162000/810=200$.
Answer: **B**.
