A continuous-time periodic signal $x(t)$ has fundamental period 100 s. If $y(t)=x(4t)$, its fundamental period is ______ s (nearest integer).

Correct answer: 25 to 25

Explanation

Time scaling by four divides the fundamental period by four.

Thus $T_y=100/4=\boxed{25}$ s.
