In a company, 35% of employees drink coffee, 40% drink tea, and 10% drink both. What percentage drinks neither tea nor coffee?

Correct answer: (C) 35

Explanation

Inclusion–exclusion gives coffee or tea =35+40−10=65%. The overlap is subtracted once because it was counted twice. Its complement is 100−65=**35%, C**.
