Correct answer: 815 to 830 OR 905 to 920

Explanation

Gross area is 75000 mm²; steel area is $4\pi16^2/4=804.248$ mm², leaving concrete area 74195.752 mm². Use $P_u=0.4f_{ck}A_c+0.67f_yA_{sc}$. Substitution gives 817.2 kN. The final key additionally accepts a separate 905–920 kN interval; both official intervals are retained.
