Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) 15

Explanation

Within the BP set, the cholesterol subset of 10 and diabetes subset do not overlap. Removing those with BP alone gives diabetes-and-BP count = 45−20−10 = **15, B**. The overall total is not needed for this intersection.
