Correct answer: (C) 20

Explanation

Integrate from t=1 to 2: $F=\int_1^2(2+e^{-3t})dt=2+(e^{-3}-e^{-6})/3=2.015769$ cm. This is 20.15769 mm, closest to **20 mm, C**. The integral presumes enough rainfall to maintain infiltration at capacity during that hour.
