Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) Adequate sleep must be part of exam preparation

Explanation

The passage links insufficient sleep to impaired recall and warns against substituting extra study hours for sleep. Thus **D** follows. It does not say sleep replaces studying, nor does it exempt highly prepared students from needing sleep.
