Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (A) Two cars are between Q and V

Explanation

The adjacency rules force the block S–V–R and T–U. The official answer is **A**: for example P–S–V–R–T–U–Q satisfies all stated constraints but has three cars between V and Q. However the premises do not uniquely force the other options either: S–V–R–Q–T–U–P is also valid and makes B false. The source’s claim of a unique incorrect statement therefore needs an additional placement constraint; the official selection is retained without inventing one.
