Correct answer: MTA
Explanation
The final key awards marks to all. Before timeout the nominal round windows are 2,4,8,9,10 MSS. A timeout conventionally resets the congestion window to one MSS and halves the flight-size threshold; subsequent slow start and additive increase depend on the exact round/ACK timing and threshold convention. The printed transmission-level wording does not uniquely settle those details. Preserve universal credit rather than impose one of the offered windows.
