Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (A) An artery supplying blood to the heart

Explanation

Myocardial infarction results from prolonged inadequate perfusion of heart muscle, classically following obstruction of a coronary artery. Thus A matches the affected tissue and arterial supply. Brain arterial obstruction instead causes cerebral ischemia/infarction.
