Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) DNA microarray

Explanation

A DNA microarray contains many sequence-specific probes that simultaneously report relative abundance of corresponding transcripts from labelled samples. Thus B provides the requested broad parallel expression comparison. Ordinary single-target PCR or northern analysis is not the large-panel method intended, and Southern analysis assays DNA rather than transcript expression.
