A 15000 m² commercial property has two-thirds office space and one-third retail. Parking standards are 6 ECS/100 m² for offices and 4.5 ECS/100 m² for retail. Find ECS required for retail only, as an integer.

Explanation

Retail area is 15000/3=5000 m². Its parking requirement is 5000/100×4.5=225 ECS. Office area and its separate rate are not included because the question asks specifically for retail parking.
