Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: 75 to 75

Explanation

FAR-counted area is 10000×2=20000 m², requiring 200 cars. Let G and B be car counts. Equal parking areas mean 15G=25B, so G=5B/3. With G+B=200, (8/3)B=200, hence B=75. Equal area does not mean equal numbers of cars.
