In the circuit shown, the input $V_i$ is a sinusoidal AC voltage having an RMS value of $230\text{ V}\pm20\%$. The worst-case peak-inverse voltage seen across any diode is ________ V. (Round off to 2 decimal places.)

Explanation

In a capacitor-filtered bridge rectifier each diode must block the peak of the input voltage. The worst case is the highest input: $230\times1.2\times\sqrt2=390.3$ V.
