Explanation

Each option is made of five consecutive letters. In CADBE, JHKIL and XVYWZ the letters appear in the order 3rd, 1st, 4th, 2nd, 5th of their group of five. In ONPMQ the letters (M, N, O, P, Q) appear in the order 3rd, 2nd, 4th, 1st, 5th, so it breaks the pattern.
